There is a really good trick I will release.
Basically you go and add the top 100 twitterers. From that you will have people following you.
Create several twitter accounts using this. Then make sure in these accounts that you follow only the top 100 and each other.
Tweet links to your other twitters..
Then use RSS and tweet rss and then submit rss using twitter
